Finally, I can stream music in the garage without buffering every 10 seconds. Signal’s solid, setup was painless, and no complaints so far. My garage officially entered the 21st century.

Pretty simple to set up, get the app, follow the instruction and plug it in. It will inform you if the extender is too far out of range from the sourcr of internet you are using. I have this set uo in my basement, and my internet router is on the mainfloor completely in the opposite side of the house in regard to where it is in my basement and im getting perfecr speeds. Reccomended to anyone who doesnt want to deal with Xfitnity’s B.S

I added wifi security cameras to my business and a few of them were just too far from the main router to get a solid signal. Purchased this extender and the issue was resolved Easy to setup and works great.

This WiFi range extender made a huge difference in my home! I used to have dead zones in certain rooms, but now the signal is strong and stable everywhere. Setup was quick and easy, and it connected seamlessly to my existing network. Streaming, gaming, and video calls all run smoothly without lag. If you’re struggling with weak WiFi in certain areas, this is a great solution!

Reliable, simple, low extension in and old house

My house is old construction (prior to 1950) and the layout has a lot of walls with older and the bones of the house are made with more solid building materials. For my 5G Wi-Fi, the placement of the wireless router in my home just doesn't push a strong enough signal at that band to all the rooms where I have media devices. That's why I bought this extender. While it has been very reliable, it doesn't push the 5G as far as I thought it might even though it is within 25' (in a different room) of a TV that we have a media streaming device in.
It gets 4 stars because of that, it is a tad large and unsightly, and takes an entire receptacle plate (single gang). Otherwise, I am happy with it, and if you have newer construction, don't mind seeing it hanging on your wall and taking up the entire electrical outlet, then this is a very good option for you.

I have two of these as well as WiFi6 router from TP-Link. The main reason I bought these units was to provide wired connections for devices that couldn’t work with the router wirelessly. And it works great!
I have also tried the One-Mesh feature, but it didn’t work well for me. Maybe my house just not big enough, but quite often my smartphone would experience problems working over WiFi as I move around the house. Laptops that that don’t move and connected to one of these devices never had issues. But in the end I disabled One-Mesh and turned off rebroadcasting of wireless networks as I can connect to the router from any place anyway.
The setup was very easy. The only thing is that it is suggested to do initial setup in the same room as router, and then you can take it to the intended location.
I really like this product. It has a lot more features than I use, but it completely solves the problems I had.

This extender works well and was easy to set-up. I needed it to extend my wifi to a camera at the back of the house. Before we purchased the extender, the camera would cut in and out. After we installed it, the camera no longer has interruptions.

I use this product for my room which is in a deadspot. The fact that I can just plug it into a wall outlet rather than having to find a shelf/stand makes set up very easy. The wifi is pretty fast and connection is stable for most part. If you have a dead spot and need wifi for casual gaming, HD streaming, and web browsing this should fix the problem.

Install and set up was very easy. You do have to download the app. I don't know if they're is an option to do it on a computer which would be my first choice.
Gives good coverage out into my garage which is what I was looking for.
The only downside is it's pretty big and clunky and not exactly a piece of decor. Maybe some day they will find a better design that is not so obtrusive. The design is why I took a star away

It's a decent extender. Main issues being that regardless if you have 2.4GHZ or 5GHZ, it will sometimes perform below average for what's supposed to provide a bigger range. It's stated to give out a 150 - 300 MBPS performance, but after many tests through these downtimes, it would push out 30 - 50MBPS. But it's on the rare occasions, normally it works as branded so long as it's within reach and so long as your Internet connection is on the high end.

Hello Piscane,
The speed rating listed for the extender is often seen in relation to Internet speeds, but it actually refers to the maximum transmit rates. Transmission rates refer to the speeds at which devices communicate within a network. Due to the nature of Range Extenders, the speed is often lower than that of a router with a similar signal strength. Their main purpose is to increase range. Sometimes speed is improved but often it is not.
