Please verify the RE status LED is indicating a solid connection.

Piece of junk

Im gonna have to start back to reading reviews before I purchase items such as these

If you're experiencing difficulty connecting the extender to your router, we recommend setting up the device in the same room as your router, then relocating it after setup is complete. We also suggest re-verifying your router's WiFi password during setup, or if using the WPS setup method, ensuring the WPS process is performed in the correct order. The extender's indicator LEDs will help you determine which position in your home is ideal.

Posted .Range Extenders should be very easy to setup, especially with 3 options available (Web, App, WPS) I would suggest going to our website and looking at the support videos available that should help.

Not impressed.

Moreover, the device doesn't sit well in an electrical outlet and has disconnected it on more than one occasion.

Dont recommend for hughes net rural area
