      If two of the cameras have blurry pictures, please ensure the adhesive film has been removed from the cameras, and the lenses are clean. Additionally, you may adjust video quality settings in the Tapo app to meet your home monitoring needs.

    NOPE! NOPE!! NOPE!!! DONT waste time & aggravation

    I purchased the TP_LINK TAPO 4-PACK 2k indoor out door cameras. This is such a great concept; however the application is horrible!!! We worked THREE hour uploading the app going through the paring of cameras and we could NOT get them to pair up. We contacted customer support and waited in que 40 min to get to "chat" with a CS rep. OH MY!!! I will not waste more time nor space explaining the complete lack of understanding and total incompetence and of this individual. I threw in the towel and boxed the whole mess up, all 4 cameras and 4 solar chargers, returned them!!! I hope my refund appears back into my account in a timely manner!! The concept of these cameras is grand but the reality of the application remains: Totally regretting all the aggravation, wasting our time, and my extra blood pressure meds. They got ONE star from me because I could not give them - 40 NOPE! NOPE!! NOPE!!! DO NOT waste your $$$, time and the aggravation!!!!!!!!

Our Tapo Cameras are designed for quick and easy setup using the Tapo app. If you're having difficulty connecting them to your network during setup, please ensure your router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong at each camera's location.

      Please also ensure your smartphone is not connected to a VPN during setup, as this may interfere with the installation process.
