Posted .Warranty services do require troubleshooting before they can be issued. If you submitted a request through the warranty portal it is possible that the email response was sent to a spam/junk file. Please check that and if not then contact support at 866-225-8139 for assistance.

I’ve only had them since October 10 2024 and I’ve already had issues with them and getting sent a replacement from the company. It’s only a 1 year warranty. The Tapo care isn’t needed, it’s nice to have but it doesn’t require the service to run and function. They have security alarms you can set if needed, so if someone walks in or close to the proximity.
