I bought this item after researching it on Amazon and Best Buy websites. There was very little talk about it's compatibility with windows 10, so I decided to buy. I have a new Cyber Power Gaming computer that I also purchased from Best Buy! About a week after I installed the wireless router, my computer would lock up and get the dreaded BSOD. (Blue Screen Of Death!) It would prevent my computer from even booting up. I thought it was my PC and not the wireless router. After about 10 days of dealing with the issue, I started going to the forums, about this issue. What I was reading was that this router was NOT fully compatible with Windows 10. Just as soon as I pulled the USB plug out or my computer port, and after finally getting the system back online. I no longer had any problems with my computer. When I went to return it to Best Buy, they would not honor their own product! I was told that there was a 15-day return policy. And the man helping me even admitted that it does not say that on the website, or on the receipt that was shipped with the item. So, I am out $40.00!!!! In the past 10 years, I have purchased appliances, computers, Flat Screens,etc, from Best Buy. I am really disappointed in the product, AND in the company, for not standing behind what they sell!!

I thought I had a great inexpensive adapter until it just died after about 6 months. Completely quit without any warning.
