Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Wireless-AX3000 4-Stream Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router's ease of use, strong signal, and wide range. Many appreciate the improved coverage and WiFi 6 capabilities, noting faster speeds and better performance compared to older routers. However, some users experienced suboptimal speeds and expressed disappointment with the lack of Wi-Fi mesh support. The router's performance appears to vary depending on the user's specific needs and home environment.

Worst router I have ever owned! I’ve never had such poor Wi-Fi throughout my small house. Customer support from the company is terrible. When I first set it up I spoke with them over a network security issue, the rep was to email a procedure to me to remedy the problem, he did not. Upon receipt of an email for an evaluation of his services I included this info, the company did contact me via email to say someone would contact me over the issue. I requested a different rep due to his rudeness & inability to help resolve the problem. The next person I hear from was the same rep by phone who was not happy over the situation & said he had sent me the email but it didn’t go through because I had given him an invalid email address; I pointed out to him that his company had sent the survey to me at that same email, received my response & sent me another email notifying me that someone would contact me all without issue so obviously he was doing something wrong.

Bought this router thinking I would be able to keep it for years to come as it is an ax router. Connected it up and both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz run at about 5-10% of the speeds I should be getting. Run slower than my Apple time capsule router that is old. Did multiple troubleshooting steps. Even changed channels, disabled the ax setting and only had my laptop and iPhone as connected devices. I have gigabit internet and I get if I’m lucky 100Mpbs on this. Other routers I have get much faster speeds. Very disappointed. Will be returning.
