      We are sorry to hear our product has not worked out as expected, but hopefully you will allow one of our support agents the opportunity to troubleshoot this device. At times when we experience these symptoms it can be accredited to the extender simply being too far from your main router. With the extender powered on in its current location, how many signal bars are appearing on the right half of the LED circle on the front of the extender?

      If there appears to be 2-3 lights, try moving the extender closer to your main router and see if connectivity improves. Any further questions or concerns, please contact our 24/7 technicial support hotline so an available technician will gladly answer any of your inquiries.
