Best Way to Go for Cell Phone

I have an unlocked smart phone with a TracFone SIM card for Verizon service and topping up every 90 days with this phone for $20, well, that can't be beat IMO. I am not an avid cell phone user, so this fits my needs perfectly! Phone card is easy to use for top up of my account.
