For me buying this thing, on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee was a mistake. I wanted a phone that just made and received phone calls. This phone has 21 pages of small print instructions. All I wanted was, TURN it on, Punch in the number that you want to call. If it rings, Push the ANSWER Button, Say Hello.
