A good phone for the price Does just what I need.

I didn't like that the card I purchased at Best Buy was not accepted by Tracfone. That was $20 wasted. I understand that this is not the first time this has happened. Best Buy needs to look into this issue.

Their customer service is the worst I ever experienced, if you call about an issue, they will transfer you to 4 people, then that person will hang up on you after they waste 30 minutes of your time. If you enroll into their Auto-Refill program, they make it nearly impossible to disenroll from it. They say you will receive a service discount for doing so, then they will not provide said discount for your 2nd month renewal. Then they refuse to refund you for their mistake. I’m still, as I write this, trying to disenroll from their auto refill and it’s been 23 minutes so far. My advice, choose a diff ent provider as this is the worst company in history. & ti am not being hyperbolic.

I moved to Italy and bought a sim and got 100GB for €12. The same 1GB has lasted over 4 days. Not to mention the service was slow and signal was weak.
