    I ordered a cell phone on line and chose the option to have it activated and ready in one hour. I waited a bout an hour and a half and strolled into the store only to find it wasn't ready yet. I was told that it had to be "activated by corporate". I was told I had to wait for an email confirmation. When I got home and checked my email, I was notified that my purchase had been cancelled! I could go on line or call the store and make an appointment with a cell phone specialist to get it activated. So now I have a 1GB card that I purchased for a phone I couldn't get.

    tracfone card failed to add 3gb data to my account

    I bought this specifically for the 3gb of data and thought it was an instant addition to my account, but it gave me a message that this 3gb of data would not be available until I used up my current data (which was over 500mb at the time). Hmm, weird. I finally used up my data today and behold - no 3gb appeared in my account. I contacted tracfone support and they could not help me, nor did they give me the missing 3gb. My data remains at zero until I add it from another source. Anyways my complaint is not with Best Buy, it's with this tracfone card that failed to activate when my existing data reached zero.

    I was told by Tracfone to buy a new Tracfone for VOLTE compatibility.. did so today. The web site wouldn't transfer the old number to the new phone nor did it accept this card for payment. Then the web site went down completely as did Tracfone's phone help service. I was logged in but Tracfone dropped me off the site without warning. I've never had such trouble before from them.. usually it works. Something is amiss at Tracfone: I recommend a different company until Tracfone gets their technical difficulties sorted out.

    Takes a long time to boot up. Tells you it can't find a tower and so on. I am returning it. When i went in to the store i saw the box on the counter. I did not even get to the register. After i left the store ,this had to be a return and they didn't take it off the counter. When i went up to give my name, that was the box that was on the counter and they gave it to me.

    My tracfone card was not scanned so I was unable to use it. And since I am on vacation I cannot go back to the store to get it scanned. This is a big inconvenience. I was offered a refund which I accepted but no further compensation, as now I have to find a new store to purchase another card. And the refund does take time to receive. If you need a phone to use right away, do not make this purchase!

    So the call quality was okay. But I don't like the fact that for the month that I used that I only made maybe four calls and that maybe you 10 minutes but at the end of the 30 days I have to get more minutes even tho my minutes from the card didn't run out they don't roll over. its bogus

    The Nintendo card was great, but the Tracfone card was not for the correct service even though the phone is a Tracfone.

    Purchase through BestBuy online. Picked up in store. The pin number was unreadable. Tracfone customer service couldn't help recover pin number, said pin number should be on receipt. It was not. Contacted Bestbuy through chat, they could not help and passed me to the Bestbuy customer service phone. They were even more confused. So, in summary I paid for a useless $20 service card!

    I asked the sales person for a phone plan that I could call Canada at no extra charge/part of the plan. She told me this plan I could do this with but this was false. I found out later that I would have to buy another international card at an extra expense in order to call to Canada. So frustrating and disappointing.

    Absolutely the worst service I kept going back forth with about this card that didnt work and tracpone told me that its best buy and it hapens alot I will never go best buy again i had to buy new card with comp on phone I want best buy to do the right thing and give back my money or replace the card

    Card was damaged and scratched off 2 numbers when trying to activate. Called Best Buy to get help or replacement and big runaround. Was online order for store pickup so no receipt which would have shown the pin :(

    I bought this here at Best Buy. My son accidentally scratch a number off the pin on back. And try to return but wouldn't and I told to call Tracfone, I did and they didn't help me either. So I'm sitting on a 30$ Tracphone card and never used.

    i was having trouble setting up the new trac fone.i having trouble with TracFone.i ended up buying this card because my minutes wernt bring processed by tf.this card only has 30 days the card iam used to getting is 90 days.i would like to exchange it but that's not likely.

    The box says second month is free. So I had the guy “set that up for me” in the store and told me it was all set. After the first month phone shut off and the people at Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do.
