If you are not looking to spend a lot of money and not into a fancy cell phone that is unlocked and has lots of features you may not bother using, I would recommend this TracFone.

Great Tracfone Phone Cards

They are very simple to activate and we have had no issues. This is definitely the way to go. We have only had prepaid phones for the past 15 years and we have saves thousands compared to having a phone plan.
