Phone freezes and is slow very cheap and breaks easily

Blue view trac phone. Worked well enough for my granddaughter.

I purchased the Tracfone-BLU View phone at a time when I needed an emergency phone, because my main phone had stopped working. The phone was delivered quick, the next day, and I was able to transport my phone number from my original phone. Everything went smoothly, and you can't beat the inexpensive price.

Great phone, I'm so glad that I came to best buy for buying this. The camera quality could be better, but this is a great option. I have a little trouble with screen sometimes and loading, but that may just be on my end. Overall this phone is an awesome choice.

Pretty difficult to set up, but still a good deal for the price

This phone is a piece of junk. People call me it rings the phone stays black and I can't see. It freezes, dosen't show the app I click on etc. get what you pay for, BUT this is ridiculous. Have not had this phone a month. I'm a Senior w/ a home based business and I've wanted time,smh..shame on you Tracfone !

This phone is extremely slow. Especially, switching between apps. I bought this as a work phone but will soon have to purchase a better phone and brand.

Do not buy this phone it's pure junk it lags it gets stuck plain out sorry phone but for 27.00 what do u expect right

This phone is the worst I've ever purchased. Difficulty with sending and receiving text links and video. Some come through, most don't. When I keep resending, when it does go through, the recipients tell me they received multiple copies. I've changed all the settings including with the help of someone who works fixing phones. I would never buy this again. Unfortunately it can't be returned.

The worst purchase I have ever made! This phone is trash! Slow, can't group message, texting is pretty much impossible, can't send attatchments at all and it will not cast! My old worn out phone works better than this one!
