    Excellent customer service. BUT when on phone with tracphone tried to get new sim card to work, was told sim card wasn't any good!!!! Even Corporate couldn't help!! They are sending a new phone because of this. Both customer service and corporate personnel were very sorry this happen. Good think the card only cost $1 !!! We tried both the Verizon and T-Mobile, neither one worked!!!

    This comes with both the A and B sim cards and only cost $1.00 extremely affordable. I thought I was going to have to pay up too $25max for a new sims card

    I kept it in a box for a year until I was able to use it. Flawless! Tracfone customer service has different names for this KYOP SIM KIT, and it's a bit confusing at times, but it's just the same kit available at their website, with two different services cards. I was trying to install the first one I found in the envelope, until I realized there was another one for a different network. Customer service didn't know about this other card. After that, everything when as planned.
