Makes setting up your phone with Tracfone a breeze

Would be great to know which one to use but it is not explained in the instructions. Had to call and talked for 45min with a really unknowlegable person from their support hot line. Called again the next morning and finally got someone on the phone that actually can explain things.

Says she can get it working. Can’t get it working and wants to go on lunch. Didn’t give me the right information to activate it. After hours w customer service I’m just trying to get a code that was supposed to be provided. When they wouldent provide the info I asked for a refund from the manager. Manager tells me that they don’t offer any service on prepaid SIM cards and that even tho they didn’t give me the correct info to use the card after taking my money there is no refunds. Gave me a bunch of attitude. 4 hrs w customer service later they say they got my phone working, but it was hijacked for a week during port in. Whole deal was a fiasco. If you can’t sell someone a working product don’t take their money.
