before you waste your time and gas i got the samsung s21 in january into now it his work with the s21 i have had know service for 6 days one one sec it will work for a few hours then it will tell me the severs in unavailable i have talk to tracfone for 5 days now they are blaming it on the phone do to its a unlock phone and i told them it his been working for almost 5 mouths

Having been a satisfied Iphone customer for years, I wanted to stay with them. Best Buy sold me a Generation 3 I phone. Turns out you need to buy I phone 12 or newer to keep your old number. I think Best Buy should know this. I ended up getting the 12 and yes, I kept my old #. Not an easy transition but so far so good after a few weeks.

Brought it, unable to activate, call custom service in 2nd day , they void plan fee without notice, call again the are sorry for can not do anything but urge you to charge more, are you kidding me? This is ridiculous, in short, Tracfone just took money from your pocket without doing anything. Save your time and money, never try this company is my only suggestion.
