Best Buy sold me a Generation 3 I phone. Turns out you need to buy I phone 12 or newer to keep your old number. I think Best Buy should know this. I ended up getting the 12 and yes, I kept my old #. Not an easy transition but so far so good after a few weeks.

This is ridiculous, in short, Tracfone just took money from your pocket without doing anything. Save your time and money, never try this company is my only suggestion.
