Takes three or four attempts to connect to tower to make outgoing call, with all wifi turned off. Texts are not incoming. Voicemails arrive a day later.

It was frustrating setting it up (not something the I use on a regular basis) and daddy had a hard time using it after setup. This is not something for someone who is needing backup phone that is an older person.
