When I tried to activate the phone I was told I could not and had to take it back to the store to be scanning. This may not seem like a big deal but driving 20 miles one way is for me. The product is great but what I had to go through is wrong.

Never used, lost receipt and pin

So have to buy another phone unless you can help me. I paid with cash and do not have the receipt. I went to the store and they were unable to help.

The buttons to move around the screen don't work very well, and there's no guide as to what they really do. But what really killed it for me was their insipid contact screen - all you could do was add one phone number for a contact, no addresses or other useful information. At that point, I got rid of it. All they had to do was take their old LG simple phone and upgrade it to 4G.

Best Buy won't take it back because it works at their location. It doesn't work inside my home. It will work outside sometimes. But is no use to me cause I won't be calling outside in winter!

Bad Buy at Best Buy

Phone never worked even after hours on end with tracphone. Not worth returning as store is barely open due to virus. Finally was able to find the phone elsewhere. Phone works great. Been TracFone Phones for years.
