Tracfone notified me I had to upgrade my phone as my current LG441G would no longer work after Jan. 2022. Updraded to Tracfone Classic Flip LG125DC which does everything I need (Call & Text). Price was right at Best Buy $29.99 + tax. Disappointed that I am not able to add Ringtones and you can not check you remaining Days & Minutes on the phone. Would be great if it came with a more detailed Users Manual. Bottom line is the LG Classic Flip does what I purchased it to do. NOTE: Understand the manufacturer has discontinued this phone. When the stores inventory is gone, that's it. John

This is a prepaid phone that comes with 360 minutes. The phone I received did not have this plan set up nor was there a pin number or plan card provided. In fact, after the phone was activated, it would attempt to charge $9.99 to make a call. I purchased this online as a gift for my brother in another state who is without transportation. While a few of the Best Buy CS agents were kind, absolutely no one could resolve the issue, making the phone unusable without buying a plan myself. Best Buy would not send a card to remedy nor would TracFone assist.

This product is exactly what I want - a simple flip phone that will work on my Tracfone account once the network is upgraded. It was simple to transfer my number and minutes - Tracfone was helpful and prompt.

Granny is 83 and very old school , so this turned out to be justthe thing to replace her over priced and worn out AT&T flip phone. Works great, good audio, easy to see numbers, simple to use. She loves it!

Had to get a 4 G, Phone . Wanted Another LG Flip Phone . Tracfone, could Not get this phone, But Best Buy, DiD !

I bought this phone 8 years ago to use as a extra/emergency phone and can say it’s been great. My main phone is a newer iPhone but wanted a emergency phone in case something happened to my iPhone. I travel back and forth from Florida to WNY and in the time I’ve had it it works great and was easy to pair with Bluetooth in my Chevy pickup for hands free driving. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a backup phone at a inexpensive price tag.

Seems to be a good phone. Just set it up for my 84 year old father. Volume is definitely not loud enough for him with volume being set as high as possible. I also was told that contacts could be transferred from one phone to another. Not possible at all. Also was told that the minutes would now be tripled if it wasn't a smart phone. No one could tell me if this is considered to be a smart phone or not. Remaining minutes not showing on screen is very inconvenient. My father has no idea how to even begin to text to find out. I still have time, phone could still possibly be returned. Unsure at this point if i would recommend it to someone else.

Classic Flip phone is simple and easy to use. I just needed to make calls and and receive texts.

Works for what ot was got for. Bought online and it was fast and easy.

I see only 2 positives with this phone , larger view screen and larger key pad, the rest all negative. The phone does not have a constant readout of minutes and time to renew info like my old phone, The battery does not hold a very long charge . The phone is overly complicated and the info in the manual is vague and void of detail.I am a senior and just need a simple phone to make calls .There is nothing simple or basic about this phone .

My mom doesn't know how to use a smart phone. So we have to purchase her a flip phone. And I love this one. it connects to the internet. And does the job we need it too.

None available at TF. BB only place somewhat local that had it. Had 3 hr. round trip to PU. Would've been 5 star if had ship from store option.

Something that may not bother some people. The LG L125DL leaves a lot to be desired when texting. There isn't anyway to punctuate sentences, that I could find. I've tried all kinds of ways to find out if I may have overlooked how to use punctuation with this phone. TracFone insists on using representatives that are in the Philippines and while most of these folks are pleasant, they seem to have a problem understanding what a person is asking them. LG, who makes this phone seems to refuse to acknowledge the question of punctuation when asked about it. Very frustrating to say the least.

Needed to upgrade my elderly mother's TracFone because is was 2 or 3K. It is used as an emergency phone and it is functionally similar to an old flip phone she used to have so there was no learning curve involved. Does the job.

The tracfone LG classic work well for my needs. It just took me a while to set it up.

So far I can't review the product because I can't use it... Apparently only Tracfone support can transfer my current Tracfone minutes and phone number to the new unit, and I can't reach a human agent on either their web site or call in number to get that done. The online automated process and the automated phone # just take me around in circles. Meanwhile my old phone is now unuseable excpet for 911 calls, even though I have 8 months left on my contract. Boo, hiss...

Awfully complicated when I all I wanted was a phone to make or receive calls - to make when I am out in the car - to receive when the power goes out. I downloaded the manual, still can't get "messages" deleted. But at least I can call out.
