I'm sure with time it will be easier. Very familiar with tracphone, but right now I'm hard pressed to NOT throw it against the wall!

A really good value for a budget phone

It is fairly responsive. Very little wait for most functions. The 13 mega pixel camera is nice. Octa core processor and 32 gig of memory don't hurt either.

Sent it back to tracfone and they sent me a refurbished newer LG.

Good but the wifi is a flaw. Likely returning it

Lots of bloat ware comes with it though. The thing that’s probably going to make me return it is that it doesn’t support 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz as the description indicates. Can’t connect to half the WiFi hotspots out there.

I have had it for 3 weeks and the ONLY good feature That I can consistently get is the weather. Texting is miserable because the screen is too small; "helpful" letters or words insert themselves into the message. It is ultra sensitive and a pause is rewarded by a gap; an unfinished line. I would throw it away but it may be useful to someone but it now contains my personal info. I will have to have the Geek Squad erase it all. I can't even access my Account!!!!

It also does not have that great of reception and drops calls quickly. However, the girl that helped me was very helpful and took a lot of time.
