Tracfone csr's are polite, but no helpfu.

Now, I lost the ability to attach pics to texts, no one at Tracfone knows how to fix it.

Very Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate the side buttons, it has too much junk on it, sound is not good, was forced to set up a separate facebook account before I could go to FB (when I already had one). I never had any problems with my LG Treasure. Maybe it's not the phone itself, might just be the way Google, Microsoft, FB, or whoever has decided to take over and mess things up and add more stress...guess they never heard of "if it ain't broke don't try to fix it"
