Phone was in stock and reasonably priced at $99, was pretty easy setting up and adding apps. Seems to work without a glitch so far. Like the fingerprint feature I did 2 index finger from each hand therefore can pick up and operate with either hand.

Overall, it's a nice phone for the price. But the description says that the battery lasts up to three days. My experience is that - in standby with all of the features (location, Bluetooth, wifi, etc.) turned off - I barely get a day without the battery draining. Disappointing.

Took forever to get the account set up. Very little support. Bought for a friend and I used my CC to pay for monthly service. The person lost the phone and now they refuse to delete my credit card from the device. Don't buy one.

I ordered this Moto G Power from TracFone, and I also purchased a 30 day plan within the same order. The phone DID arrive with an installed sim card tied to TracFone. It was still necessary to activate the phone online. It worked immediately and I could place calls, text, and use my data. However, after downloading the Android 12 updates, the data plan stopped functioning until I got help to fix the issue - but it now seems to be working perfectly! I would give the phone itself 5 stars overall. Android's klutzy update only gets 2 stars. Best Buy and Tracfone each receive 5 stars for offering a great phone at the bargain price of 69.99.

Froze after 4 days. I brought up the DOS menu repeatedly to reset with no luck. I ran the battery down to 0% then recharged. Nothing on screen but the big M. Returned, bought a different brand. Since I couldn't provided the IMEI number to my provider, I lost my number, all data, texts, and triple minutes. JUNK!
