He then gave the phone to the Geek Squad with my permission contacts may be lost .. 10 minutes later I can text with keyboard. I had to reenter all contacts & have no access to voice command (which I never used anyway). I do not recommend this phone even for a basic user (phone/text)

Besides its primitive operation, the cell phone provider has no service in the Albuquerque area, making the phone useless. The company's tech service didn't have a clue about phone service here. This is a bad deal.

I hate this phone

Two weeks after I purchased it, I woke up to the phone displaying “Can’t restart Android.” A week later it froze, I did a restart and got, “Can’t restart Android.” Chrome is constantly freezing. Now it will send a text message, but it will not receive text messages. The only good thing about it is the flip for “Do not Disturb.” My previous three phones were LG and had no problems. When I am done with this review, I am going to try to reactivate my last LG phone as this one is junk. No more Motorola for me.
