Not very intuitive for her to use and she has trouble using it. I think the phone is good, but I am not the one using it. That leaves me a little on the outside looking in on this phone. Needs better ways to tell one how to use it. Other than that the phone is solid.

Great simple cell phone

I purchased it mainly to make and receive calls though it has texting and internet capabilities. It works great. Calls are very clear. Life saver for a senior friend
