I spent two days and still not activated. They'll question you to death. I'm actually glad because this phone is crap. Good luck trying to add contacts, or anything to do with the key pad. Try to type a simple name and it jumps you through hoops, substituting letters other than what you've typed! This is the most frustrating phone I've ever experienced. Glad I tried it before giving it to my dad.

I purchased the phone through Best Buy online. Tracfone support was unable to activate the phone. Went to the closest Best Buy for help. They couldn't help so they sent me to Verizon. Verizon was no help. Bought a new phone. Was able to activate it, but minutes were attached to original phone. Spent three hours trying to figure this out with Tracfone. Looks like SIM card didn't work because the phone wasn't purchased at a register, where it gets activated. Very disappointed!

WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE even when phone is turned off. Five minutes after charger is unplugged at 100%, phone has already dropped to 94%. Warranty is only for thirty days so good luck on day 31

I pick the phone try it same thing call customer service .Why I don't know. This afternoon I called Tracfone and no help at all.. Will look for the receipt and will return it back to Best Buy even I already put the card $20.00.

Terrible support by Bestbuy and Tracfone

I went to the store to help me activate and the employee informed me they couldn't assist as it was Tracfones problem. $50 (phone and minutes) would have been better spent on my Dog bath...
