Good basic phone, strong battery, would definitely recommend for someone who just wants to call and text.

Ordered it online to pickup on my way home, and it was ready when I got to my local Best Buy. This phone was very easy to set up. We needed a very basic simple phone for an older family member, and this was perfect. Loaded on the minutes and it works as advertised. Easy-peasey.

It is a good phone for a kid to start with. The disappointment was a store associate not being able to explain how the plan works and what phone card I need to buy. I had to research everything myself via the Internet.

best phone for the money. Wonderful coverage. Nice sound and reliability. I damage a phone often. This is nice to not spend to much to get a new one. This is a good phone for the price if you do not need all the bells and whistles.

It is not a bad flip phone for the price. Just takes awhile to figure out how to use it. The size is larger than some of the other ones, but if you want a flip phone & have patience this could be the one for you. Tracfone, however is another story. I spent hours & hours on the phone with their customer service reps trying to solve the issue with transferring an existing # to this phone.

Just OK. Text messaging is challenging. Just to write one letter you must space over 3 letters to select, then hit the center key (which is the send key) for each letter. The problem is that it's easy to hit the send key twice which means you'll be sending only part of a message.

This phone was purchased for my daughter since I wanted her to have the ability to call in case of an emergency, but did not want to get her hooked on screens. Works great and the charge lasts forever.

I am new to cell phones and found the instructions on this very unhelpful. So I went back to the store and asked for some basic help. No one knew anything! I guess they look down on this because it's not an iphone (loaded with radiation)! It would nice to have some who can help customers navigate this device!

Nice senior phone. My mother who is 93 had problems with her lively flip phone. They could not get her another one for a week. She lives on her own, and I did not think it would be safe for her not to have a phone. This worked very well, and to be honest much better than the lively flip phone 2. I could set up speed dialing easily. (Byt the way, the lively phone is missing directions to set up speed dialing--so I would give lively a one start) I liked this so much I decided to keep it as a back up phone, so now she had two phones.

Basic Nokia flip phone that does its job of making calls and sending texts. Had some issues getting the phone to charge at first. The charger may not have been pushed in correctly or the phone just wasn't sensing it. Took it back to best buy and the employee adjusted it and it charged fine after.

It's good. It's a low priced phone. As the addage goes - you get what you paid for. Don't expect it to act like a 1K phone, but it's perfectly fine.

Easy to read and use, great features and very afordable for Senior Citizen who only needs communication on a limited basis. Text available along with the ability to take photo's. Good alternative to a smart phone, and more Senior Friendly for communicating with a Phone when away from home.

Very good price, nice looking with big buttons for us seniors, calls are crisp and clear. Couldn't ask for more from a phone at such a price.b

Great phone for the price. Bought it for my daughter she could only have text and talk and had to be an old style trac flip phone.

It is what it is. I needed a dumb phone to help me break my smartphone addiction and this serve the purpose perfectly. For a fraction of the cost. I still have connectivity with friends and family when I need it but no further temptations.

Good inexpensive phone. My wife is constantly misplacing her more expensive phone, so this is her "emergency backup". She also takes this one when she goes kayaking. Even though it's protected in a sealed plastic container, if it should be lost or damages, it's affordable to replace.
