Bought this for my dad and told him to use it for phone calls only. I got lost trying to find everything to set it up. It needs better instruction material for which screen the items are in. Took me a few hours to navigate all through it to find basic stuff. Slow going with that cursor. Their customer service is crap.

It does it's job but some of the settings could be a little more self-explanatory. I feel like there should be an easier way to change the display settings. It also went into a Restart loop whenever I unplugged it from the charger (after a couple weeks of being plugged in). Had to take out the battery then put it back in. Overall good for the price.

My first cell phone was a nokia and it still was working when i had to upgrade back then, and it wasn't a flip fone either

The reason for the 3/5 star rating is the setup/activation of the phone with Tracfone. My experience was somewhat below average.
