Took one hour for the customer service to help me due to the electronic card plan issue. Problems adding New Contact names

I looked in: Select Contacts - New Contact - First name When I tried to type the name ex. First name: Maria I typed M and a, when I tried to type "r" The phone gave options like: RSS PSP per, etc. not the letter that I want.

This product was perfect for that, I got this with the $15 phone plan which was more than enough to stay in touch with friends when I needed to. The internet works but is insanely difficult to use so I wouldn't count on that :)) thanks bestbuy

It is hard to figure out and the instructions are not clear at all. I still have not figured out how to access several of the functions. If you're looking for an easy cell phone to use, this ain't it. I should have saved my money and bought a different flip phone. I'm totally unsatisfied with this one. I can't even get onto the the company website to add minutes or even to log in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
