Technology is hard for her. This was the closest thing to a cordless and she is able to work it perfectly. The minutes are also a perk as it is super cost effective

His car broke down a couple of weeks before i got him this phone he will be using the phone for emergencies. So far so good.

NOT WIFI CALLING CAPABLE

I followed the online directions that came with the phone and a message said it was not capable of WiFi calling. I called support and he took me through the menu prompts to where the WiFi Calling should have been and it wasn't.

Tracfone Purchase

Tracfone was miserable to work with. It took multiple calls over 7 days to complete the transport.
