Phone works great for the reason I bought it for. Easy to use & set up. Clear picture & screen is big enough for my Grandmother to view & read.

This phone is more for a beginning, user and not for advance to users. I found it to be extremely slow, but it did hold it on so if you’re an average everyday user, I think the phone would be great for you, but for someone like myself, who is a superbly advanced mobile user, this phone would not be a go for me, but it would definitely be a go for the average user

Perfect phone for the price. Works well easy to use. Not for serious movie/gamer though.

This is a decent phone, I know it is discontinued, but that’s for a good reason. This phone is slow, but for $10 whatever, if you have patience, the phone works. I big note is sometimes when I get calls on the phone, the call takes a LONG time to show up on the screen.

Reasonable price, pretty good phone. Good phone for basic daily uses.

It's a Tracfone. I use it to send/receive calls/texts. Very rarely take photos or use data, and still small enough to fit in a pocket and price can't be beat. I'm very happy with it so far.

Awesome phone, great quality and easy to set up and can use Wi-Fi. My daughter says it runs fast and cheap monthly plans.

I think this was a good deal! I needed a phone for my younger child to go on a summer trip without me. It served that purpose well and was easy to set up and use. She only kept the phone on for the summer but we still have it for the next time its' needed & it didn't break the bank or become a hassle.

Needed a phone that was easy to operatr yet still had great features for a friend who is in a nursing home and has physical limitations. The best buy associate helped me pick out a device that was in his budget and met my criteria. Phone lives up to all expetations. Great buy.

This phone is a good value, but I will not be using it on a daily basis. The main reason I won't use it daily is because of the lack of NFC. I should have noticed before I bought, but it's a deal-breaker for me. LIKE: - Size and weight - User replaceable battery - Price - Not too many preinstalled apps NEUTRAL: - Screen quality - Build quality - Battery life (better than expected) - Unlock with PIN or face DISLIKE: - Lack of NFC - Lag (somewhat worse than expected)

Good for a cheap phone.. Nothing special.. I just use it when I have issues with my regular phone plan..

I updated this phone from a Flipphone, so it was a decent buy.

I wanted a simple phone just for calls, texts, weather, camera and internet. Have an iPhone for the heavy duty things. This phone is great. Took a bit to get used to since there's not really any directions, but in half a day I figured it out.

Purchase this. Excellent phone. Easy to use. Would recommend

This is an uppity phone at not so uppity price, if you come from an older school budget SMART phone, i.e. Tracfone TCL A1, where you didn't upgrade to the next greatest phone in the next 6 months. Tracfone is also great when you don't talk a lot w/minutes, nor TEXT like a teenager, but still want to maintain prolonged service at the most efficient low cost alternative. (Search for my BB review of "TracFone - $19.99 Basic phone Plan (Email Delivery) [Digital]".) However, when you activate, you'll likely need to purchase another plan/price. I mainly needed a phone upgrade to support a drone & phone app. which wouldn't work at all w/the old-school WiFi at all. Had to do some serious digging because many new phones don't properly disclose their version of WiFi. Any way, the positive of this is that - a 5G WiFi* (don't confuse that over 5G cell service.) *Likely a nickname, but is a 5 GHz signal for those newer routers. Another positive, is the larger display (from what I mentioned). The internal 32GB memory is definitely helpful these days too. With the right choice of additional apps per your choice, this gadget is a wiz. Enjoy the newer Android OS as well. It does seem to take longer on charging, via wall-charger too, but considering capacity/run time, well worth it. Another slight negative, though I was enjoying the built in FM tuner/app, & that is over-the-air local reception as you need a wired headphones connected which likely acts as its antenna, I couldn't figure why it keeps cutting off/app. crashes. I'm still so glad I purchased another best buy, a $50 SMART phone which acts like it's a $125 - 200 phone, from Best Buy.

This phone had the latest Android 12 operating system and gave me several updates immediately after activated it. It cost me only $40 on sale and is a great android phone for the $!!

Hate it!! The scroll never works, double tapping either..Wish I could return. Bought as a second emergency phone it has not met my expectations....You get what you pay for!!

It was very difficult to activate this phone. I could not do it without calling the company and having them walk me through the process. I bought this as a gift for someone who's never had a cell phone before and how she could be expected to figure this out is beyond me. That said, the phone works fine.

These phones were just what O needed to give to my 6 year old twin granddaughters for Christmas! They were so happy! The screen is the right size for them to play there games, etc! Also takes great pictures and videos
