I already had a tracfone, so I went online and 5 min. It was activated, kept my old # etc. all very easy. The phone is working GREAT, compared to my wifes samsung, which I will soon be replacing with a NOKIA c100, if mine keep's doing good I did cut of gestures(in settings) and change things/ customize etc. I've had only 4 weeks and it is better than the samsung we had a year. The only thing I don't care for is the ringtones, none are really my style. The blue color on back comes close to matching the color of my camaro, I didn't know that when I ordered.

I had no directions with the phone. Had to go on line and run them off. I get downloads and it takes too long for them to download. I went back to my old phone. Money wasted!!

Horrible touch screen

It's unresponsive, inaccurate, and frustrating to use. I constantly experience delays, ghost touches, and calibration issues. It's a significant hindrance to productivity and a constant source of annoyance

WORST PHONE EVER!

I bought this for my husband, he's always had an Alcatel flip which only lasts about a year, so thought this would be s SMALL step-up. However, even other friends tried to operate this and had no luck either! When you swipe this, you do NOT know where it's going! We ended up purchasing another phone AND switching from Tracfone to Boost! Never again!
