Take me, Kasey H., as a costumer who wants to be happy, yet most often a anxious, time wasted, angry, fearing for my life w/o a. device MESS when I have to continue to visit BB to buy yet another device...there are so manny problems. All the phones I have purchased from BB have not been adequately sold, for me to even consider 3 stars alone!!! No cases, no scree protectors, NOTHING!!! can i please atleast get complimentary insurance on the recently purchase NOKiA and free protection, such as the type noted above {case, screen protector, car mount with magnet, and any other helpful accessories that will help these TRACFONE phones last lonnger than 2-4 weeks

And the young fellow that transferred all my data from one phone to the other was very knowledgeable in his job. The only thing I wasn`t happy about is that Samsung does NOT give you a users manual so you know how to use it! That is very frustrating.
