You Get What You Pay For

Tracfone has near ZERO customer service. And failed to follow through on two of their most recent significant promises. They say that "the third time's the charm". Let's hope so, since I'm on my third replacement A03. The first, when I got it home and opened the box, had hair clippings inside! It was literally covered with brown nd gray hair! The second phone could not read the Sim card. After having tried a few possible fixes I found via online tutorials and an exhaustive completely frustrating "Customer Service" experience with Tracfone, I returned it for a third phone. So far, so-so good. Now to the phone itself. It is v-e-r-y slow and far less intuitive than my last "Ole Faithful" Samsung that lasted nearly five years. You get what you pay for, right?And so on that note I should be pleased and I am because if I had spent more and still had to jump through as many hoops as I did, trust me, I'd be livid. Kudos to the employees with BestBuy!
