    Got tv to sink with my Samsung tv.The card tray was made for easy access,but when I pulled out the tray the card fell out without me knowing for some time.The screen kept going out when I was trying to set up for the first time.There is a lot of configuration option for the apps.

    Replaces a motorola g6 phone that died. OK so far. I am having trouble receiving and sending group texts & mulimedia messages. Tracfone has been little or no help.

    Phone comes with NO charger plug. Crazy!!! Now I am having to wait another week for a charger plug to be able to use the phone. As per Samsung: "Samsung smartphones come with a USB Type-C data cable, but they do not come with earphones or a charger plug in the box because we want to minimize the impact our products have on the environment." It would have been nice to know this ahead of time!!!

    This phone is pretty good for a prepaid phone. I wish they still did the unlimited call, text, internet package for a monthly payment. This phone is very difficult to send a normal spelt word, hear other callers or drops calls.

    Fine then one day it need to update and it never worked again since I contacted support and they are absolutely no help they just keep sending me the same email on how to reset it and I've already done that 10 times
