I am 79 and forget about it. I might recommend it to a young person but that's about it. Very hard to figure out how to download Uber, Lyft, etc. it keeps on shutting down on me. It's a big pain.

It's cheap and glitchy and doesn't work very well, even though it's brand new. It was only $60, so I guess I should have known it was a bad choice. I looked for more expensive trac phones, but the $60 one was the best one they had. It takes FOREVER to download an app or do any system updates, It takes FOREVER to start up once you turn it on. Venmo was so glitchy on it, that I gave up and took that app off my phone. I should have asked the BB staff if they had better trac phones somewhere else in the store, but I didn't realize it would be such an issue. If I go back to BB in the future for a new trac phone and they don't have a better one, I'll leave and buy the phone from another store.

Disappointed in myself

It included a charging cord with little else. Luckily my ipad transformer has the same plug configuration so I used this xformer to recharge my phone. The price was okay but for the money i should have bought elsewhere.
