Different and numerous customer care agents weren't able to troubleshoot the basic phone issue of not being able to call out or receive calls. This made the phone utterly useless and pointless to use. Better to get a phone that is unlocked and choose the carrier you want.

I like this A03 better than the A02 but still like my previous LGs better. My main complaint is that the side controls are cumbersome. It usually takes several tries to get them to work.
