I had trouble tapping the phone icon to answer calls. Turns out you have to stroke the icon, not merely tap it. I still haven't learned how to set up voice mail.

I’m in the country, but the phone works well. The only thing, it was hard to find the manual on line. So, so good.

Every day it wants me to do the same he & 1/2 update! Then I have no internet and rude support hangs up as I guess gives up. I'm ve about throwing it away. Plus the guy at Best Buy wanted to charge me another $40.00 to go to settings !!! Said their clamping down. T had bought another more expensive phone there about 2 weeks before plus something else. Will try somewhere else next trip
