Easy to use, great service even away from home, light weight, etc.

Bought 2 of these ,one for the wife and one for me. It was easy to transfer everything from our old phones to the new ones. Simple to setup and easy to use. We like paying for the minutes and data that we need as we go. It normally costs use around 250 for a year for both of us.

Plenty of online storage to support a good suite of apps. I got it for broken primary communications phone failure and now use it primarily to run apps, now that my old phone is fixed. This was a jump from Android 6 to current level and it has adequate memory to support the upgrade.

Light weight, easy to use, a little smaller, and it's a Samsung. Win Win.

I've had a few Tracfones over the years. The quality of the calls seem better then any of the older ones from the past and the camera pictures are better as well. It is a slight learning curve with some of the new features.

This is my first experience with a smart phone so it has been a steep learning curve. However, it has not taken long to learn how to set up the things I want it to do and it works well. It is a very nice phone. Am not sorry I bought it.

My grown children all have expensive Apple phones this Little Darlin does me just fine and does most everything that there's can do and the price was way way way way cheaper than there's ever was and I love TracFone cheap plenty of data plenty of text plenty of everything for 25 bucks a month

I purchased this phone for my Mom. She loves its size because it helps to handle the phone better. With her being new to smartphones, the interface has been easier for her to use. Plus, it links with SafeLink. Big bonus.

I needed a new cell phone and this one was on sale and seemed a good buy. I checked several other cell phones, but I only needed a simple phone. The Samsung Galaxy A10E had all the features I wanted or needed in a cell phone .

get started guide no help on tracfone transfer. registered transfer online. said wait 1-2 days for update, old phone should still work. After 2 hours old phone stopped working. New phone would not make or receive calls. Had to call tracfone on landline to get them to transfer. Customer Service was very helpful, but was I supposed to wait 2 days without a working phone? The only way I could tell it was not working is to try to call it. It kept going to voicemail. This is why I bought from Best Buy, because I anticipated trouble. Luckily Best Buy didn't have to get involved.

This is a good phone for the price. I was surprised that it is as fast as my husbands iPhone and cheaper to use.

I am pleasantly surprised at how nice this phone is for the price. I was not used to an Android phone, or a Tracfone, but the switch over was easier than I expected. It is a nice size, not too big for me to hold comfortably, but big enough to do shopping/ browsing on. I love the fact that you can put in a SD card and up the memory easily and cheaply. I seriously can't believe that I considered buying a $ 1000 phone!!!??? This does everything I need, at a fraction of the price. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is the camera. The pictures aren't as clear and crisp as I hoped. But hey, for the price, you can't lose!

My old phone was maxed out. This phone has the storage space I need. It holds all the info and programs I need. The battery lasts longer than my old phone, and price was very reasonable. Very happy.

Much better than my old lg phone. Quick response time with apps, battery lasts 3+ days and you can’t beat $20 for 3 months service

Best Buy was very good at setting up this phone for me and transferring all my data. I had to call tracfone to then transfer minutes and my phone number from my old phone. All is working well.

We don't have a lot of complicated requirements for our cell phones: - Phone Calls - Texts/Messages - Simple Snapshot Pictures - Emails - Web Searches These phones do them well enough to suit our needs.

This is a excellent phone for the price. The phone has worked very well. I have no complaints about it. I would recommend getting it if you don't want to spend a lot of money and still get a good phone.
