This Samsung Galaxy A10E is simple and easy to use especially for an older person not use to “newer “ technology. I also like how light weight this phone is to hold.

My only knock is that the battery drains quicker than my previous phone, though I may just be using it more than my old phone.

Pretty good phone for a senior to use

Nice phone

It has a very nice screen and the camera takes good quality pictures. So far, it has been a very good buy. The price was also very good.

Excellent support from sales force

I was amazed by my sales person who copied everything to my new phone. This allowed me to walk out with a new phone that worked excellent and no problems. I cannot thank them enough for their timely and excellent support.
