Love our tracfones

The best buy techs are very helpful and knowledgeable . They help you get set up. My husband picked up a new flip phone while we were there. We are a family that are not very technical and the tracfone is great for us.

Price not so bad for what you get. Other phones were looked at but I felt this was made with higher quality parts. Looks like my samsung S20+ .

The delivery date was changed three times. It was in stock at the Port Richey, Florida store. Then it was going to come from Winter Garden, Florida. Then it ended up being shipped from a Kentucky store. I didn't think I would ever receive it.
