I bought this for my daughter. She likes it a lot. The battery lasts a long time and there is a lot of space for apps.

I have been using Tracfone for a couple of decades now. This phone is much larger than the A10, which I am not really happy about. I like a smaller size. But, it is a Samsung. Which means it is well designed and very intuitive in every way.

I upgraded my cell phone from a Virgin Mobile to the TRACFONE - Samsung Galaxy A11 because I wanted more options and features and this phone meets that purpose. Though one complaint I have about this phone was having it turned on by the TRACFONE rep: it took two hours for them. Whereas VIRGIN mobile phone it took them five minutes. Once it became operational it works great!

Other than needing to update the version of Android due to a couple apps that would no longer work with my not so old phone, I was looking forward to the increase in memory from 16 to 32 gigs for those apps that could not be moved to an internal micro sd memory card. Well, much to my disappointment, this phone will not allow any apps to move. It will store my pictures and music on the sd card, but I for see the day when I'll once again be short of phone memory as I add new apps and other apps are updated.

Tracfone-Samsung Galaxy A11 is a quality phone with all the features you need. Price and service package were a definite selling point. Sounds great and pictures are clear and vibrant. I liked mine so well I purchased this one for my wife!

I use this phone as a camera, a computer . I just just connect to home internet then the world is yours.

I had to upgrade because of changes with the network. The store associate recommended this phone after telling her what I was looking for. The phone I planned on getting had been sold out but she said she could order it if I wanted. I use a cell phone mainly for making and receiving calls and texting. It does more than I needed but I'm still learning. Very satisfied with purchase so far.

My new Samsung Tracfone has a very comfortable size and the 3 lens camera takes great pictures. It is easy to operate and carry. Very happy with my purchase and especially with the help I received at Best Buy when I bought it. They left my new phone ready to use including transferring my contacts from my old phone. Great phone, great service!

I do really like my new Samsung Galaxy A11, but have only one complaint. There is no way to change the appearance of the calendar to show a week only. Instead, you either have only the selection of viewing it by months or the whole year. At least my old Samsung Galaxy A7 had that feature.

Nice phone it's cheap and can do what a premium phone can do in many ways

I am new to the cell phone life. I am finding this one easy for me to navigate. After living with a landline for 60 years, it was nice when I was told I could have my landline switched over to my cell phone so I would not hafta make sure everyone got a new number from me. One less thing to stress over. I am still learning and people have been very helpful.
