Great budget phone fast and okay camera for pics and vids.

Phone is excellent, although more than I need. Associate at Bestbuy facilitated purchase,despite apologies that phones weren't his strong suit. Either here or Wal-Mart always ask associates before buying my Tracfones. Never on-line on Tracfone site! With this phone I was able to switch over old account to new phone via laptop at home, really fast. Get your next Tracfone from Best Buy.

For $99, this was a great deal. It's a Samsung Galaxy smartphone with talk, text, and apps. Bought a $30 smartphone card unlimited talk/text 3 GB data carryover 4G LTE 30-day plan to start. Buying the 365-day 1.5 GB plan next to have service for a year for $119. Overall cost for 1st year and 1 month is $239, and it has all that I need. Affordable and easy to do without contract. With Verizon carrier, it has worked great in remote rural area next to a hillside! Very happy with this purchase. Note that you have to set up phone number and service directly with Tracfone via the service card; Bestbuy doesn't complete that part before leaving with purchase. Phone number didn't immediately start, and after talking with Tracfone for an hour (it was Saturday afternoon), they finally worked it out with Verizon. Phone was working an hour later. Tracfone team was very responsive.

Processor is fast enough, and display is very high quality. I lose the page I am on for no obvious reason though.

Very easy to transfer all my old phone info over to this phone. Like the slim look and have had no issues so far. Haven't figured out yet on taking pictures as it gets dark. I seem to get motion blur. I am thinking just user issues!

Rated Excellent because it's an excellent bargin for an entry level cell phone. In my opinion, for the price it provides the expected necessary basic services, a fairly good viewing screen and interaction responses.

It is all I need. I am not much on using the phone; so a prepaid one works for me. I like Samsung products. Only thing with Samsung and Android the updates are not as often as I would like them. Of course Apple does a better job getting a person updates. Good phone.

Bought for my daughter. It's her first phone. So far no issues. She seems to like the phone.

I am a little disappointed with this TracFone Samsung Galaxy A11 prepaid phone. The camera isn't as good as my J7 and occasionally locks up when attempting to view pictures thru the phone app. Also, and this was a big one for me, it does not have "Smart Alert". This is the feature that causes your phone to vibrate when you pick it up after you have missed a call or text. I worked with Samsung customer service and they agree the A11 should have that feature. They determined that it is a TracFone issue. They said maybe it would be available after the next update. Other than these two issues it seems like a decent phone. It was easy to set up and "SmartSwitch" worked perfectly to move my info from the J7 to the A11.

Perfect first phone for a child. It's not so easy to navigate as I have an iphone but we are figuring it out and the price point is spot on for a 10 year old.

This is my first "open face" phone. I came from a ZTE touch screen flip phone that I really liked. Sadly, when it stopped working, I couldn't find another. I am not tech-savvy so it has been a bit daunting so far. I think that if I ever figure out all the bells and whistles, I will like this phone. It is made to use only with Tracfone. I have been with them for years and will not change.

Solid phone for the money. Camera bot the best, but ok.

So far, I am really enjoying my new phone. It has a large amount of space. I can download apps and my phone still works great. I would definitely recommend this phone.

I had to upgrade my old TracFone to one that is 4G and I chose the Samsung Galaxy. It's been a frustrating experience to learn a new system at 71 however my neighbor has been helping me over the last week. Hopefully I'll be able to catch on and become more comfortable with it as time goes on. It certainly has more features than I will ever need.
