The first sales person that I encountered was not interested in providing service, she pointed to where they were located and did not try to provide help. Then a very capable salesperson came and provide immediate help and support. He was very knowledgeable and helpful-kudos to him. The next person who provide support was one of the managers. This person was wonderful, she provided top notch technical support. She was helpful, friendly, and tech savvy. She is an excellent example of a top notch manager!!

I prefer LG, but this is doing the job. It seems to be a good phone, but it takes a long time to boot up! Photo quality is WAY below what I expected for 3 lenses! I'm still adapting to Samsung and it's quirks so I won't bash it.

Affordable Samsung Galaxy...

Colors are bright as the pictures on website and they have facial recognition or finger print check in so we were pretty satisfied with this phone. We could find the protecting cover at normal store so it is still a new model (It is just an assumption.)
