Has enough storage for my use. It may not stack up to the high end, high prices phones, but for my needs it works great. Holds a long charge and is easy to operate, even for me.

Like a number of things about the phone i.e. slimness and ease of locating 'things.' Also helps that it is an updated model and thus faster plus has a number new features. So far I am loving it!!

Assured me that this phone could use any plan and while they will transfer your number you will soon find out that you canmot enter the information to use a new service. Hate best buy...never purchase anything from them again.

It has all the features I need, and twice the internal memory of my previous phone. Good battery life, and pages upload quickly. I can read the screen in strong sunlight instead of having to shade it with my hand. I like the fingerprint identification for easy opening. A good value for someone who doesn't spend most of their waking hours on the phone.

Upgradeable While Still Low Cost

Transferring information to new phone was fast, with very little lost. Was able to transfer Tracfone sim card right over corn my old TCL-LX. Pre-loaded Samsung apps are a good range of services, from games to word processing to fitness. Android 11 means I am not hopelessly out of date.
