I have to restart it 2 to 3 times a day to get it to open my apps. There is a delay in the keypad that’s super irritating and it drops a lot of my calls. I wouldn’t buy it again!!! I’m considering just returning it.

I didn't get a prepaid month with it, like I thought it specified. So I went out and bought a card. Not sure if it was my misunderstanding or I was swindled on that item. However, the phone itself is good and only a bit different than the other model I had. It is easy to navigate for a newby and fairly simple to understand its workings. Overall I would recommend it.
