I did have to go online to figure out how to activate phone, but otherwise, all was fine. It did not come with any data minutes but the prepaid cards are not too expensive. The phone is a little on the slow side for a modern cell phone but for under $80 it is a good deal. If you don't use a cell phone often but still need one then this is a decent option.

The annual Tracfone service option is reasonably priced and yet provides a lot of phone and message time, plus good options for data. The Samsung phone (J3 Luna Pro) has many strong email and internet options and is easy to use. I'm very pleased with this product and would (and have already) recommend it to others.

Having said that, I found this phone easy to set up and use. Unless I'm missing something, the only negative at this point is not having figured out how to change the clock style or size on the main screen.

Does not have some features that others have, but good enough for someone who just needs to call, text, access email and the internet (and maybe the occasional selfie). The camera is just OK; not sure if the camera is good enough to deposit checks.

I use it for calling, texting, checking social media and streaming music. Battery life is good and being able to put a memory card is great! I do not read emails or do any financial transaction on this phone.
