Arrived missing a piece and not working

Returned it. Waste of time.

Do not buy... first defective one

Do not, I’m serious, do not purchase this item until at least six months has gone by since March 2021. There is a production issue on this. The first one we received the left side doesn’t work. The wheel is totally off kilter and you can’t get inside to fix or adjust. Right side works great. Returned thinking was a fluke but we just got second one and SAME issue. Exact same issue as if we got the same one shipped back to us. Somebody putting these together terribly and not doing it right.
