    If you are on the fence about getting a Traeger grill, do it. I rarely have a disappointing cook. These pellets smell incredible and leave a great flavor the food.

    Bets buy delivered me the wrong brand of pellet and then refused to pick up the return or refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and would not buy these form Best Buy again.

    I like the cherry and apple ones way better. Pellets are pellets, though. Depends on what you are making.

    Pellets came with a damaged bag. The bottom had been taped with packing tape to repair the damaged pellet bag. Its missing some of the pellets. This is totally unacceptable, Traeger is a premium company. Its horrible to be sold damaged goods from Best Buy. I can buy the same bag for the same price at Home Depot. If I return it, Ill lose reward certificate I put towards the purchase. Ive spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy so far this year. I wont be buying anymore outdoor stuff.
