Spatchcocked a chicken for the first time today. It was tender/juicy/awesome! Tomorrow we will be smoking a pork butt! Brining it overnight. Why did I wait so long to buy a smoker?

Pulled pork and ribs so far were great. Pretty easy to get started for a smoker newbie. Would recommend if you regularly consume smoked meals
