It takes grilling to a level I never thought could be achieved at home. I also bought the "blanket" for use in winter during smoking time. It works well too, improves smoke response when snow threatens.

Terrible product, broke after two uses

Used it two times and it already stopped working; I believe there is an auger jam, as well as an electrical issue. Since I’m in Hawaii there is nobody that can perform a repair on it from Traeger. I don’t have the original packaging because I didn’t plan on returning it, so it sounds like I will be victim to Best Buy customer service

Auger stopped working
